Location: Lenah Valley, TAS
Hours: Weekdays with possible weekends

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Support Worker to support a mature female participant living in Lenah Valley. This role is suited to someone knowledgeable and confident working with mental health, who enjoys providing community-based, person-centred support.

Supports will focus on wellbeing, routine, and community access, so reliability and consistency are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Providing one-on-one support in the community

• Assisting with community access and social engagement

• Supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing

• Encouraging independence and daily routines

• Maintaining clear communication and basic documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in disability support

• Strong knowledge and experience with mental health

• All relevant checks:

  • NDIS Worker Screening

  • Current Police Check

  • First Aid & CPR

• Full driver’s licence

• Reliable car with comprehensive insurance (mandatory)

• Professional, calm, and confident working independently
